EPIS Social Scholarships 2023
EPIS (Entrepreneurs for Social Inclusion) has launched the 13th edition of its Social Scholarship Programme, with applications open until 22 September.
The EPIS Social Scholarships 2023 aim to support disadvantaged students during their academic career, support the professional integration of young people with disabilities and reward good practice in promoting the social inclusion of children and young people and sustainability and active citizenship.
All students starting their 1st year of a bachelor's degree or 1st year of a master's degree in 2023/2024 can apply:
- 1st year undergraduate students: can apply for categories 8 to 12, 16 and 17.
- 1st year master's students: can apply for categories 13 to 17; only 1st year master's students in the areas of Finance or Management can apply for subcategory 14.2.
Rodrigo Guimarães Scholarship
The Rodrigo Guimarães Scholarships are aimed at students at the Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa who are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or Management, demonstrate their economic disadvantage and have the skills and commitment to make a difference as professionals and citizens of a global community.
Rodrigo Guimarães was a successful entrepreneur, with a keen sense of justice. With the Instituto Rodrigo Guimarães wishing to perpetuate his name and work, it aims to open up horizons for students who need it most and who have the will to go further.
The programme began last academic year and applications are now open for Bachelor's and Master's Scholarships for 2023/24. Students can apply until December 30, 2023 and should read the Undergraduate Scholarship Regulations and the Master's Scholarship Regulations.
To apply for the scholarship, in addition to documentation proving their economic situation, students are also asked to send a video presentation explaining what led them to choose the area of management or economics, what they expect from the Bachelor's or Master's degree and how they want to give back to society by obtaining this support.
